- Personalised workout plan
All selected exercises are specifically designed to help you reach your goals. The workout plan is designed based on the equipment available in your current gym (for the gym plan) or available home equipment (for the home plan). The workout days are based on your availability and the exercises will be available on the app for up to 5 days in advance.
- Video demonstrations AND written instructions
Whether you are more of a visual learner or a bookworm, video demonstrations and written instructions will be available under all the exercises on the app. Step by step guide on how to set up and perform the all the exercises.
- Exercise feedback and check ins
While performing an exercise there is an option to leave feedback under each exercise (how the weight felt, was the exercise hard etc) and also the option to upload a video of yourself doing the exercise, highly recommended for the best personalised coaching experience. Weekly check ins available to make sure you're on the right track.
- Constant communication with me through WhatsApp or the app
The "coach in your pocket" experience with constant communication with me through the app or Whatsapp. Any questions are just one text away.
- Progress tracking
Option to upload progress photos, track your weight and measurements each month to keep on track with the progress.
